UK delivery

Order before 2pm on a business day and we'll aim to dispatch the same day. Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £50.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination, with tracking included on every order. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also visit our track your order page at any time.

Order processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• You'll get an email confirmation when you order and again when it ships.
• During busy sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer, we'll always keep you posted.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please check your tracking link first, then contact us at [email protected] and we'll chase it up for you.
