Yes. Standard UK shipping is free on all orders over £50. Below that, standard delivery is a flat £3.95.

We do. International rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination, with tracking included. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also head to our track your order page any time.

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and checking your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending it back. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it. We recommend a tracked service so nothing gets lost.

Our bags use durable, water-resistant fabrics like 600D poly and ripstop nylon, with a wipe-clean PEVA lining. Each product page lists the exact materials and dimensions.

The water-resistant shell and PEVA lining wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing so the structure and coatings last as long as possible.
